Original Wordpress Site New Website - Sveltekit Rebuild

Background

Care Culture first received the Original Wordpress Site as an unpolished, clunky shell. As I combed through the original PHP, I realised that many shorts were taken. Most of the custom code for various sections was chucked into the footer, content was hardcoded into the PHP, and many of the dynamic "Customize" wordpress sections updated nothing.

I spent a lot of time tinkering and polishing. Finally the website was professional and appealing to customers. There were some small gripes, but ultimately fixing these minor issues was not worth the time investment and were only noticeable to me!

As I ramped up my web dev, after spending a good amount of time building the Field App, I decided it was time to test myself with this rebuild!

The most complex part of this rebuild will be obtaining the same functionality that Readabler provided on Wordpress. I considered building this from scratch, but also found acc_toolbar which I should hopefully be able to customise. If not, looks like it might be another project!
